WIT is proudly a privately held company with no corporate ownership or control. We are committed to rail transportation in the transload market, which is why we are transparent and loyal to all of our customers. Our experience within the industry, our connections in the area, as well as our connections in adjoining markets.
This TransLoad Site is different than other competitors & highly distinguishable because of its location, design, acquisition of land, and our understanding of the rail network and operations. WIT allows customers of all sizes to inquire about transloading requirements; our Phase 1 can incorporate many commodities to be handled.
A Message From the Operations Manager
We started Weyburn Industrial Transload because we wanted to build a local business with a familiar face that the community could trust. This business is not about us, but our customers and our community. We believe that when the surrounding community and the RMs are on board with any project, that’s when success happens, and that’s what we strive for.
Anything becomes possible when like-minded people come together; communication is our biggest strength, after all, and by working in a team and bringing companies together, common goals become reachable. We like to say that “no” is not an option – if there’s a will, there’s a way! And we have the way to improve this community and others with rail transportation.

Cost
We charge on a per tonne or per rail car basis. Prices can be adjusted for higher volume shipping and consistent monthly carloads. WIT generally likes to sign a minimum of 1 year deals with upwards to 3-5, to reflect the market and take advantage of any beneficial cost savings.
